We are Marga Estacio, Marlene Magdaluyo, Andrea Posadas, Sophia Santos, and Bianca Villaret of 2 AB Communication, welcoming you to Curam Sui, a self-care mobile application that aims to help students of the Ateneo de Manila University engage in their own efficient strategies on how to improve work-life balance and reduce stress levels amidst this "new normal" learning set-up. Why Curam Sui? It's Latin for self-care!

We are presenting this platform to you to showcase what our app has to offer - from special features, to system preferences, to interface - you name it! different options for users to tinker with that works with their personal preferences. designed with calming colors to help put users' moods at ease. dark, light, and dim mode options for users' eyesight. Do Not Disturb option is also available to get rid of distractions from users' other applications. News Stand
Daily updates on current events (focuses on good news more than bad news.)Allows users to have a positive outlook on the world around them to start their days right.
Mood Tracker
Customizable square grid calendar.Lets users keep track of how their days went.
Tunes
Customizable server that plays calming and uplifting music 24/7. Users can make their own playlists, too.
Mindfulness
Includes different techniques and practices that help users achieve a sound mind and body.
Quotes
provides users with daily sayings about love, life, motivation, and maintaining a healthy state of mind.
Information
Lets users learn more about how to deal with their thought processes and emotions, especially in these challenging times.
Journal
Users' digital diary. They can visit this feature whenever they need some alone time or a breather from their academic workload.
Hotlines
A list of hotlines for suicide, anxiety, and mental health issues that users can dial.

PROFILE

Curam Sui's Profile Tab
Holds each user's personal information. They can change their profile pictures, display names, and add a bio. Includes the option to put their preferred pronouns next to their display names if they're comfortable. Users can access their home pages here, too.Includes a checkbox to indicate if they're scholars or not. Curam Sui provides scholars with a feature that leads them to Ateneo Gabay's Study Buddy program, an online tutoring forum in which scholars help one another excel in the subjects they're currently having trouble with. To find out more about Study Buddy, you can log in to studybuddy.ateneogabay.org with your OBF e-mail.

Curam Sui's Communities Tab

Assure students of the Loyola Schools that they are not alone, regardless of the distance. Users can reach out to other users of the app for a friendly chat, catching up after schoolwork, or even shooting their shot. Lets them create private conversations, group chats, study hubs, personal inquiries and concerns, and lists of their bookmarked features from Tools for quick access. Includes the option to connect with professionals and counselors of the Loyola Schools (e.g. LSOGC - Office of Guidance and Counseling) to engage in their lectures, video conferences, and other self-help-related content.
